The selection process for competitors at World Skills is complex and massive. A student who undertakes heavy training and competition stages at extremely high levels, under great pressure and with learning curves outside the ordinary, separates "average students" from those who will become, at minimum, the best professionals in the market. Elton surpassed stages, demonstrated courage and made incredible deliveries of complex tasks in an incredibly short time. For this reason, as Lead Assessor of the Web Development Discipline in São Paulo State, I recommend this former competitor who is undoubtedly already a great professional in the field of web solution development.

I meet Elton since 2022, when we started high school together, and since then he has been one of the most impressive people I've ever worked with.
